Program Requirements

Initial Deposit: $50 non-refundable appointment deposit required to join
Payment Method: Valid payment method must be kept on file
Pre-Booking: Must schedule next appointment within 28-35 day window at the end of each visit
Commitment: Regular attendance required to maintain program benefits
Rescheduling: Changes within booking window have no penalty; outside window charged full price
No-Shows: Forfeit deposit and service fee; new deposit required to continue
