Booking Schedule

Visit every 3 weeks (18-22 days)
Must remain pre-booked 3 weeks in advance

Program Requirements

Hair Length: Hair must not exceed the nape of the neck
Initial Payment: Pre-pay for 2 services to join ($70 initial payment)
Stay Pre-Paid: Must remain pre-paid and pre-booked 3 weeks in advance
Payment Method: Valid payment method must be kept on file
Booking Window: Appointments must be scheduled 18-22 days apart
Time Limit: Service must not exceed 25 minutes
Non-Transferrable: Program benefits are for the enrolled client only

Important Policies

Missed Appointments: Forfeit $35, must restart program with new pre-payment
No-Shows: Non-refundable - full service cost forfeited
Cancellations: Cost of appointment missed applies
Late Arrivals: Service may be shortened or rescheduled if appointment time exceeded
Hair Growth: If hair exceeds nape length, may be subject to standard cut pricing
Gratuity: Not included in program price
